Delivery Cost

Delivery Schedule

  • All orders will be delivered every working day from Monday to Saturday. Detailed timeline as below:
  • 1 - 2 days packing and handling from designated warehouse.
  • 3 - 5 days for courier company to reach your doorstep.
  • The standard for the parcel to reach your doorstep will be within 1 week for West Malaysia (East Malaysia may take additional time). However, there is no guarantee from us as delivery is also subjected to the policy of the courier company and any unforeseeable conditions.

  • All orders will be delivered within 14 working days, unless stipulated otherwise.
  • Delivery is limited only to West Malaysia at the moment (East Malaysia & International delivery are currently unavailable).
  • You will be notified with a consignment note via SMS with your delivery details before we start delivering your parcel.

Delivery Schedule

The standard delivery turnaround time according to region:

  • 7 working days – within Klang Valley
  • 14 working days – Peninsular Malaysia
  • 21 working days – Sabah & Sarawak

Delivery Terms & Conditions

  • All shipments is shipped by PosLaju / City Link Express.
  • Item(s) will be shipped out within 7 working days after payment is received
  • Tracking number will be provided within 24 hours (via e-mail) after the items have been sent out. In the event the tracking number is not tracked via the said shipping company’s website, customer is required to contact the shipping company directly.
  • In the event the shipped parcel is returned to origin for whatever reason i.e. wrong address, no one to accept the parcel and etc, customer will be responsible for any additional cost incurred for re-delivery
  • PosLaju item(s) will usually be kept for 10-14 days and 30 days for Registered Air Mail. Customers are advice to contact the PosLaju nearest to them for collection. Otherwise re-delivery charges will be imposed
  • If the parcel is damaged or tempered, customer should open the package for further inspection before signing the acceptance or acknowledgement slip.
  • Customer should not sign to receive it, if any item(s) is missing or visibly damaged due to handling.
